Returns and Exchange Policy

Buraq offers the possibility of returning and exchanging products under a number of terms and conditions, which we list below:

•   Customers can cancel their subscription to any Buraq service within a maximum of 3 days from the activation of the service. Customers can recover subscription fees, but under no circumstances can service establishment fees be refunded. Subscription fees are refunded at least 10 days after submitting the cancellation request.

•   In the case of an annual, semi-annual, or quarterly subscription, customers can cancel the subscription at any time, and the subscription amount will not be refunded upon cancellation. However, you can continue using the service until the end of the applicable subscription period.
